Accept Terms

By accessing 1199 or creating an account, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and 1199. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform. 1199 reserves the right to verify your age and identity at the time of account registration.

Account Creation & Security

To register on 1199, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Only one account per person is permitted. Any attempt to create multiple accounts may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Report any unauthorized use of your account to us immediately.
• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• Withdrawal options may be limited until identity verification (KYC) is completed.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. 1199 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

All 1199 users must strictly comply with the following rules:

• Any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Manipulating bet outcomes or attempting to defraud other users is strictly prohibited.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to access the platform or place bets is prohibited.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or personal information is prohibited.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise any system or security mechanism on the platform is strictly prohibited.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and your balance may be forfeited.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on 1199 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Deposit: Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned.
• Withdrawal: Identity verification is required to process withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are typically processed on the same or next business day.
• Minimum Amount: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits set on the platform.
• Fraudulent Transactions: If a suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected, 1199 reserves the right to place the transaction on hold and review the associated account.

1199 is committed to full compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Suspicious financial activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

All content on the 1199 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of 1199. Reproduction, modification, or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.

1199 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, network disruptions, or scheduled maintenance. 1199 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from such interruptions, unless directly caused by a verifiable platform error.

The platform may contain links to third-party games or services. 1199 is not responsible for the content, quality, or reliability of any third-party offerings.

Account Suspension, Closure Policy & Changes to Terms

1199 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Upon confirmed violation of the Terms & Conditions or proven fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• Extended period of inactivity (beyond the specified duration).

Users will be given reasonable notice prior to account closure where possible; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.

1199 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
